"Showed up sooner than expected"
I ordered heating oil and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived. The driver came on the day they promised, and everything was really straightforward with no hassle. I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking could be a little clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I was relieved when I checked paylessforoil.com and saw they actually deliver to my area. A lot of oil companies around here don’t, and I really didn’t feel like calling a bunch of places just to hear “no.” The ordering process was simple, my delivery showed up when it was supposed to, and everything went smoothly. I’ve used paylessforoil.com a couple of times now, and I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first because the prices were lower than what I was seeing locally. I kept wondering what the catch was. But ordering was straightforward, and the delivery showed up when it was supposed to, without any hassle. With heating oil prices being so high lately, it did help me save some money. "Really professional driver"
Got my oil delivered today, the driver was great. He showed up right on time, which I always appreciate because I’m usually thinking, “Please don’t make this a whole waiting-around thing.” He was polite, clearly knew what he was doing, and was careful around the driveway too. The whole delivery was easy and stress-free. No issues at all.

I did get the confirmation in the end, but it wasn’t super clear at first. I had to look around a bit to figure out what was confirmed, what the next step was, and whether I needed to do anything else. Like, was I supposed to wait for another email, check my account, download something, call someone, or just assume everything was done? It worked out, but the details could definitely be laid out more clearly.
